VIBRATING SCREEN VS
VS series vibrating screens are particularly adapt for burdensome and accurate screenings because their vibration system, also called “constrained vibration“, is obtained through a constrained eccentric shaft, with supports on the fixed frame, that allows to have a constant frame oscillation's extent, irrespective of selected material’s weight and consequently a more efficient selection and a high performance.

The vibrating casing is built by a big thickness plate, fixed frames by self-locking bolts, in order to eliminate the parts connected to the casing through arc-welded supports which create dangerous inner tension; in fact, very often, they determine the casing breaking. Vibrating group built by an eccentric shaft in processed and grinded steel, fixed up on four special bushings for loose bandage vibrating machines. Labyrinth bearings protection from powder and water. Grease lubrication with lubricators on the top, easy to reach and connect with flexible tubes and automatic lubrication systems. Frames equipped with mesh or perforated plate depending on the selection's necessity. Strong thickness sections box casing with removable socket support to facilitate the transport. Main sewer and sand conveyor are completely dismountable and covered with wearing plates and, on demand, with rubber.
