TERTIARY REVERSIBLE IMPACT CRUSHER CRM
Construction notes
The reversible impact crusher mod. CRM have been studied making the most of all the technical knowledge on impact crushing. Essential prerogative to guarantee maximum yield, lower consumption and better quality produced.
These crushers are highly appreciated by our customers. They can in fact be used, for secondary crushing, after a jaw or tertiary crusher.
The constructive geometry of the crushing chamber of the CRM hammer mill has given important results:
Cubic-shaped material obtained after crushing
Minimum percentage of filler on the sand produced
Reduced consumption of the internal armor even on abrasive materials.
Operation
The crushing of the material occurs by impact. Thanks to some precautions, such as separate hydraulic adjustment for the armor, constant feed given by a particular vibrated feeder, the CRM is a machine that produces an ideal product for high quality concrete and bituminous conglomerates, managing to guarantee a constant granulometric curve. Also suitable for crushing small and medium sizes, the machine guarantees a high production of sand and a minimum production of fillers.
The machine can also be equipped with a vibrating feeder mounted on the feeding mouth
A crusher that stands out from the others and facilitates maintenance and adjustment operations
We can truly say that the CRM reversible impact crusher is designed to reduce maintenance costs and facilitate any crushing adjustment operation:
Easy to use hydraulic unit;
Machine opening hydraulic cylinders for maintenance;
Hydraulic cylinders for adjusting the granulometric curve of the stone;
Inspection hatches useful for a quick check of the armor;
Armor plates of immediate replacement and interchangeable;
Large and reversible impact hammers;
Interchangeable rotor external armor;
Automatic hammer locking system;
Reversible rotation;
Internal armor also in chromium molybdenum alloy suitable for crushing abrasive stones
