COUNTERFLOW DRUM WASHING BARRELS SO
Counter flow drum barrels Mod. SO are used to wash very dirty materials. They function in a counter manner and that means that the washing's waters flow in the opposite site of the inert material to wash and they sweep away all the impurities. To wash deeply, some variable blades are applied and they mix powerfully the material and let it to move forward.
The blades have a system in order to regulate the inclination in order to move forward slowly the material when it is very dirty and fast when it is cleaner. The cylinder is covered by interchangeable anti-wear armours which are applied into the dragging wheels of the anti-wear bands in order to avoid the breaking of the drum itself. The rotation is given by two separated groups formed by: motor, pendular reducer, belt and pulleys; that is to facilitate the conservation. On demand a sieve for the cleaning of the roots of dirty waters is mounted.
